1. Are sale items eligible for return or exchange?

USA - items purchased during our Black Friday Sale can be exchanged for free within 30 days of receiving your goods.

International Sales - all items purchased during our Final Sale (50% off) are Final Sale, which means they cannot be returned, exchanged, or refunded.

 

2. What if I ordered the wrong size?

We recommend checking our Size Guide before placing your order.
If you’re unsure, contact us at support@thesusoutdoors.com before you check out — we’ll help you find your perfect fit based on your usual shoe size and style preferences.

 

3. What if my product is defective or damaged?

If you receive a product that is damaged or defective, please contact us within 7 days of delivery with your order number and photos.
We’ll review your case immediately and, if eligible, offer a repair, replacement, or refund.

4. How do I know my size before ordering?

Our team can help match you to your Thesus size based on your current footwear brand and model.
If you’re between sizes, we’ll guide you to the best fit based on your foot shape and use (urban, outdoor, or travel).

 

5. What if I change my mind after ordering?

We’re unable to make changes or cancellations once your order has been placed.


We encourage you to double-check your cart before checkout.

 

6. What if my order hasn’t shipped yet?

Our team works quickly to process orders. Once an order is placed, we cannot guarantee any changes.
If your order hasn’t yet been fulfilled, contact support@thesusoutdoors.com immediately — we’ll do our best to accommodate requests.

 

7. What if the shoes don’t feel right after wearing them once?

Every pair of shoes takes time to break in - in our case, it takes about 5 wears.
Our materials are adaptive — the fit often improves after a few wears, giving space for about 1/2 a size.

If the boots are still a bit snug, try removing the gel insole, which provides an extra 1/2 size of space.
If you have questions about fit or comfort, reach out — we can share fit-tips and care advice to help make them your favorite pair.

 

8. How long will my order take to ship?

Orders typically ship within 2–3 business days.
Once your order ships, you’ll receive a tracking number.
Please note that shipping times may vary during high-demand periods, such as Final Sale and holidays.

Right now we are experiencing a high demand and as such, delays are taking place!

9. What if I’m buying these as a gift?

If you’re gifting our boots, we recommend checking with the recipient for their size before ordering.
